Lyn Melvin: 5787--The Year of the Great Catch?

We should first seek intimacy with the Lord Jesus Christ when we worship, yet this day as I came before Him I was desperate for encouragement. In His wonderful graciousness, I believe He answered me. Instead of rhema coming forth, I was inspired to study the meaning of the new Hebrew Year we find ourselves in—5787. Before I even dug into this, I believe the Holy Spirit wanted me to notice that the following year ends with “88”. This caused me to remember the significance of 888:

The biblical meaning of 888 is primarily associated with Jesus Christ, the symbolism of the number 8, resurrection, and new creation. One of the strongest reasons for this association comes from the Greek name for Jesus, Iēsous (ΙΗΣΟΥΣ). When the numerical values assigned to its Greek letters are added together, they total 888. This connection has made 888 an important number in some forms of Christian numerical symbolism.

However, the Bible does not explicitly state that “888 means Jesus,” nor does Scripture give 888 a formal spiritual definition. The meaning is derived from the numerical value of Jesus’ Greek name and broader biblical patterns involving the number 8. In Scripture and Christian interpretation, 8 is associated with events such as circumcision on the eighth day, Noah’s family of eight surviving the Flood, and the resurrection of Jesus on the first day after the Sabbath—a day sometimes understood symbolically as the beginning of a new eight-day cycle. ^Source

Before studying those numbers—5788—it came into my mind that perhaps the Year 5788 is the start of the Revelation of Jesus Christ, the 7-year period most refer to as the Tribulation or Jacob’s Trouble:

5—Grace is to come primarily to Israel for the salvation of the Jewish nation. Later I learned that the number 5 also represents “revelation”.

7—Grace and Revelation will come by way of the 7-year time of Jacob’s Trouble (Jeremiah 30:7).

88—It will be the Beginning (8) of the Revelation of Jesus Christ (888) geared towards Israel that will culminate in a New Beginning (8) for those who choose the True King and Messiah.

Is the Noahide Rabbinic Court the “many” of Daniel 9:27?? This focus on “interfaith dialogue” ties the Two-State Solution in with the November 2026 Noahide Conference and how the Construction of the UAE’s massive Abrahamic Family House may become the model for the construction of Israel’s Temple on the Temple Mount. It is NOT the Harpazo or Rapture of the True Church but the Antichrist’s covenant with “many” that designates the official start of Daniel’s 70^th Week (related: Is the Noahide Rabbinic Court the “many” of Daniel 9:27? section of this article). Remember when I speculated in my Agenda 2030 article that the earliest the Daniel 9:27 covenant could take place was September 2027?

In an example of Brethren watching what the Luciferian globalists are doing and what they are signaling. . .

The I Pet Goat 3 video appears to message a September signing of the Daniel 9:27 covenant which is the marker for the beginning of Jacob’s Trouble/The 7-Year Tribulation/70th Week of Daniel. (This is according to an analysis done by Doug Diamond of the diamondisc Youtube Channel, which has since been cancelled. . . I very much appreciated the analysis done by the Youtube Channel Thescariestmovieever starting at the 57-minute mark of The Occult Propaganda In I Pet Goat 3 video. My guess is that the earliest that 7-year false covenant could take place is September 2027 because a multitude of Brethren have been shown the Rapture happens prior to or at the start of nuclear war, so there must be nuclear war and much CHAOS from the EMP-like disruption of the Rapture before a New World ORDER (Ordo ab Chao—Order Out of Chaos) can be brought about along with the signing of the covenant. And I believe Phillip Barnett heard clearly from the Lord that on November 11 of some year there will be a nuclear exchange between Russia and the United States (see Rapture Rendezvous Revealed in the Scriptures?)

November 11 of 2026 is looking very probable for the timing of this prophecy. . .

IF the Daniel 9:27 prophecy did occur in September 2027 (9/27), it would place the signing or confirming of the covenant just prior to the Hebrew Year 5788 beginning on October 1, 2027!

As I dove in to study, I first went to The Complete Hebrew Alphabet Number Chart: Every Letter, Every Value, Every Meaning at propheticnumbers.com—

ה Heh (5): Window — breath, grace, revelation
ז Zayin (7): Weapon/plow — spiritual perfection, completion
ח Chet (8): Fence — new beginnings, enclosure, life

Breaking 5787 down further we find that—

5000 = Has no corresponding Hebrew letter but is 5 X 1000 or grace multiplied

700 = נון Nun: Posterity, Fish

80 = פה Pey or Peh: Mouth

7 = ז Zayin: Weapon/plow—spiritual perfection, completion

Get this! The word “Nun” means “Posterity, Fish” and is from the verb נון (nun), to propagate or greatly increase. ^Source

5780 The Year of the Mouth and Birthing

In 5780 The Year of the Mouth and Birthing I wrote how the Hebrew word peh or pey (H6310 in the Strong’s Concordance) is mainly translated as “mouth” and by extension also refers to “breath”.

Putting together the numerical meanings of 5787 or 5000 + 700 + 80 + 7, we could now be in the Year of Grace multiplied (5000) when God will breathe (80 peh) upon the Spirit within His disciples causing them to walk in great glory and reach multitudes as “fishers of men” (700 nun). In my previous article, I wrote: “The Son of the Most High God has a NET of His own to finish filling through us as fishers of men and it could still happen this year.”

We will see the world as we know it falling apart, yet our God will prosper us:

But they that wait[qāvâ—to wait, look for, hope, expect] upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint. - Isaiah 40:31 KJV

We may finally have entered the Hebrew Year when the Great Shaking to Awaken will take place. If so, it will be the last season believers will have their hands to the plow (7 zayin) as the Bride of Christ wields her weapon (7 zayin), the Sword of the Spirit, resulting in the completion (7 zayin) of the Body of Christ with the Dispensation of Grace culminating with the Shout and the Trump from the mouth of God (80 peh)!

The season of the Great Shaking is to be brief, but how long is that in God’s timing? It is possible the Shaking to Awaken will begin in 2026 but endure into 2027 (or even longer). My hope, however, is this Shaking to Awaken will conclude with the Lord Catching Us Up no later than the Fall of 2027 because the Hebrew Year 5788 may be reserved for the 70^th Week of Daniel (referring back to my above comment that perhaps the Year 5788 is the start of the Revelation of Jesus Christ, the 7-year period most refer to as the Tribulation or Jacob’s Trouble).

When researching the Hebrew Years 5787 and 5788, it caught my attention that New Age-related religions observe an annual event they refer to as the 88Lionsgate Portal referring to the astronomical alignment of the Sun in Leo, the star Sirius, and Earth, which peaks on August 8 (8/8).

For those readers who do not know me, let me pause here to emphasize that I do NOT participate in Astrology but adhere to Biblical Astronomy as does my professor friend, Luis B. Vega. I contacted him recently to ask him if he had seen any correlation between the Lionsgate Portal and the Rapture. He has kindly made his research on this exact subject freely available in pdf format—Rendezvous at the Lion’s Gate. Here is an excerpt:

A related article of possible predictive programming also caught my eye posted May 1, 2020—The Global Population Vanishes in Upcoming 'Rapture' from Lionsgate and 'Antebellum' Filmmakers—"In addition to re-dating the horror movie Antebellum, Lionsgate has also boarded the next movie from its filmmaking duo, Gerard Bush and Christopher Renz, which is titled Rapture.” It is NOT the story of the Scriptural Rapture but is a horror/zombie film, so don’t bother watching it:

There is no confirmed release date yet for the new Rapture movie — the latest updates suggest an earliest possible arrival in 2027, but it remains “TBD.” [It] was originally planned to start filming in Hungary in 2025, but that schedule shifted. A new listing from Production Weekly reports that cameras are now expected to begin in October 2026. ^{Instinct

Wouldn’t that be something if the real Rapture took place just as this new Rapture movie comes out with the “earliest possible arrival in 2027, but it remains “TBD.” I appreciate that Lu Vega admits in his book quoted above that he is not dogmatic about his Lionsgate theory. As I’ve said before, we do not even know with certainty the year of the Rapture and may only know it When the Rapture Dominoes Start Falling.

Admitting that, how much longer will our Heavenly Father wait before sending the Bridegroom as we see the global economy on the brink of imploding due to the Middle East straits being blocked, famine spreading, Super El Nino ‘apocalyptic’ weather, and UFOs observing the nuclear situation? (Historically, UFOs show up whenever nuclear weaponry is imminent.)

Can we really go several more years? Is Rosh Hashana 2028 the limit?

Remember this 2026-2028 Black Star prediction shared in WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU ETROGS—(Part 2 of 2):

“Inventor Weston Warren says that he is part of a group that has been tracking an object that they refer to as “the Black Star”. According to Warren, “the Black Star” is supposed to cause immense chaos as it travels close to our planet from 2026 through 2028…” ^Source

If Weston Warren's group is correct, 2026 may be our EXIT YEAR as the close passage of the Black Star, Planet X/Nibiru eclipses our Sun cloaking our Earth in a plague of darkness for 3 days.

Summer has ended and it is still possible The godly people [will] all disappear ^{Micah
7:2a NLT} in 2026.

We must not get ahead of God, however. We might have to wait a little longer because our Heavenly Father may not have begun His countdown to the Rapture beginning at the Crucifixion and Resurrection but later (as Lu Vega surmises in his recent article A258: THE ESSENE YEAR JESUS RETURNS?). As I expressed above, the world as we know it doesn’t seem like it can exist much longer, so it is my great hope our Bridegroom will come for us by this November 11 or that we get to meet Him in the air no later than by the end of 5787.

I’ve heard both Brandon Biggs and Kent Christmas prophesy that “2027 will be the Year of Rest and Preparation for the Final Move of God”.

If that is true, this Hebrew Year of 5787 may be The Year of the Great Catch and perhaps will culminate with our Savior coming through the Gateway of the Lion to catch up His Bride as the Year 5788 makes its entrance.

The cycle of the Mazzaroth ends at the constellation Leo the Lion, the epicenter of the Lion’s Gate portal. The Lion’s Gate is also the name of one of Jerusalem’s gates which in ancient times was known as the Sheep’s Gate.
