And again the word of the LORD came unto Haggai in the four and twentieth [day] of the month, saying, Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying,
I will shake heavens and the earth;
And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen; and I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the horses and their riders shall come down, every one by the sword of his brother. Haggai 2:20-22 KJV
Kislev 24—Day of Shaking
As I was listening to a couple of YT videos (L LOTT and Rhonda Empson) sharing the possibility of the Rapture or some other significant event occurring on December 31 this year, one of them mentioned Youtuber Steve Fletcher. He proposes that Haggai 2 has the key to the coming shaking of the heavens and the earth and contends that Kislev 24 (the day Haggai prophesies the shaking will occur) will fall on this New Years’ Eve:
In Israel, when a month is added to the calendar, these years are called pregnant years. This is very interesting as we watch the birth sign of REVELATION 12 as it relates to 2018 a pregnant year. . .
That means that the Feast of Trumpets was October 10, the Day of Atonement was October 20, and the Last Day of Tabernacles was November 1-2. All this is extremely important to understand if Haggai 2 has the key to the SHAKING OF THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH. From Tishri 21, we can then know when Hanukkah Eve will land. In 2018 Hanukkah Eve is December 31 - January 1, New Year's Eve!
. . . Hanukkah is the story of the miracle of the oil, and the ten virgins connects us to the oil in our lamps. The Message of the 10 virgins is that everyone should be ready for the coming of the Bridegroom, at MIDNIGHT! Only on December 31 is the whole world watching midnight... THE MIDNIGHT CRY!
[Excerpt from the notes with Steve Fletcher’s video THE SHAKING OF THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH - Kislev 24 / Hanukkah Eve - December 31 - January 1]
Kislev is called A Month of Darkness Aflame with Hope. Historically, the Second Temple was dedicated on Kislev 24, and on that day in 1917 (as World War I was concluding) the Muslims fled Jerusalem without firing a shot. Grant Jeffrey has shared he believes that the Ezekiel 38 war will begin on that day (see Will the Great Tribulation begin on Kislev 24?)
Now I have not done any of the research of what Brother Steve is sharing regarding the calendar nor do I believe we can predetermine the precise time of the Rapture (the Revelation 12:5 Man Child’s birth). Long ago I remember coming across Haggai 2:20-22 and thinking it could be pointing to the time of Daniel’s 70th Week, or what many refer to as The Tribulation but went no further with it.
Oh, but wouldn’t it be wonderful if the Revelation 12:5 Man Child was to be the firstborn baby of the 2019 New Year! Many who are watching for the arrival of our Lord, are saying within themselves, “Surely, all is in place for Him to come now!” We are like a woman nine months pregnant groaning, “Surely, it is time for this baby to be born now!”
1. planned for or about to happen in the near future
2. (of something required) ready or made available when wanted or needed
“Forthcoming” was what I heard in my spirit as I sat before Him very early December 23, this past Sunday. First, I looked to see if this was a word in the Bible, but it was not in the King James Version. So I looked up its definition and my jaw dropped—“planned for or about to happen in the near future”!
This word caused me to picture the coming forth of a new baby. Like a babe during the birth process, the Man Child is being pressed upon to pass through the world by the narrow Way. The Christ-hating world wants us out and we want out. They will not escape (1 Thessalonians 5:3), but we will (Revelation 3:10; Saved from Wrath)!
The day of our redemption is our escape day via the harpazo.
For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive [and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up [harpazō] together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. -1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 KJV
Those who wait to confess Jesus as their Lord after the Rapture will have missed the greatest escape of all times, but Jesus in the Book of Revelation promises that “he that overcometh” does escape! [Excerpt from Who are The Tribulation Saints?]
“The male child is raptured in Revelation 12:5. The Greek word used is harpazo, which means "caught up" or "snatched up" and it is the word used for the rapture of the Church in 1 Thessalonians 4:17. Every single mention of Jesus' ascension is described using the words epairo or anabaino, both of which indicate a gradual rising, not a violent snatching away (harpazo). Revelation 12:5 is a clear connection to the rapture event.” [Excerpt from Unsealed’s article Major Discovery Concerning Revelation Chapter 12]
On the Gregorian calendar we will soon enter the 2019th year; however, on the Jewish calendar we are already in the year 5779:
I can only begin to explain the significance of the year 5779! Especially the number “9”! Not only does the number 9 in Scripture connote many things including ‘completeness’, but the ninth letter in the Hebrew alphabet is tet. Patricia King shared a prophetic word for the year 5779 and gives a wonderful explanation of the significance of tet.
“The form of the letter is ‘inverted’ suggesting hidden goodness like that of a woman who is pregnant with child.” [Source:hebrew4christians.com] A woman is pregnant for nine months and then something good happens--a baby is born. Scott Clarke has explained how the Rapture is the birth of the Overcoming Church giving those who love Christ’s Appearing much to anticipate in 5779! [Birthing of the Millennial Kingdom excerpt]
No one, of course, knows for sure ALL the events that must take place that will lead to the Resurrection/Rapture of the Overcoming Church; however, it is interesting (and very exciting to me) to look at the following Prophetic Timeline especially since Israel's recent retaliatory attack on Damascus!
The consensus among teachers who believe in a Pre-Tribulation (pre-Daniel 70th week) Rapture would appear to agree with Alan Horvath’s timeline [brackets indicate notes I added]:
2—The Netchatef (Rapture) 2 Thessalonians 2:7
3—Antichrist 2 Thessalonians 2:8
4—Gog-Magog War #1 Ezekiel 38
5—The Tribulation Revelation Chapters 6-20
6—The Second Coming [and Armageddon War] Revelation Chapter 19
7—The 1,000 Years Revelation Chapter 20
8—Gog-Magog War #2 Revelation 20:7
9—Judgment Day Revelation 20:11
10—The Eighth Day Revelation Chapter 21
[Excerpt from This Means War!]
Amir Tsarfati explains the Psalm 83 war or prayer has to do with the naming and birthing of the state of Israel which already took place in 1948.
If our understanding of the Scriptures is accurate (Prepare to Meet Your Maker! The Fall of America) and if the dreams, words, and visions the brethren have been sharing are truly from the Spirit of the Lord (I Asked the Lord When is the Rapture?), then we could be going home just as a nuclear airstrike is launched upon the United States making the path clear for the army of the north to attack Israel as prophesied in Ezekiel 38.
However it all goes down, with all that is REVving up in Israel, the Resurrection/Rapture of the Overcoming Church is a forthcoming event!
