Event Horizon-Sign of the Son of man?

Almost a year ago I wrote an article titled Event Horizon--The Resurrection in which I share hair-raising scientific evidence that Christ’s resurrection was an event horizon. This leads me to believe that the resurrection and catching away of those who are in Christ will also be an event horizon.

event-horizon
Noun
(plural event horizons)
1. (astrophysics) The gravitational sphere of a black hole within which the escape velocity is greater than the speed of light, causing time to practically stop.
2. A point of no return, by analogy to the astronomical usage.

Over the past year I noticed some of the brethren sharing on-line that the Spirit of the Lord revealed to them a particular sign that would appear in the heavens just prior to the catching away. They were told it would be an “event horizon”.

Event Horizon Watchmen

Rhonda Empson was the first I heard speak on this. Her husband was shown that this was the sign of the Son of man. More recently on October 9, 2017 she shared some confirmation she received.

Tetelestai on the Cross refers to Rhonda’s videos and gives further insight she received.

Geneva Goodman shared a vision of an event horizon she received along with a word from the Lord that “Your world will change in one moment—in one flash all will be different”. “Time will not wait,” she continued which reminded me of what J. D. Farag said--Bible prophecy has an expiration date.

She also pointed out that part of the definition of an event horizon (see above) is that time practically stops which was what the Lord had also shown her before she had looked it up!

Minister Paul, in his December 26, 2017 post, shares his video of the event horizon/black hole that he took from his backyard. The Lord had woken Paul early in the morning to show this to him. Christian Journal Media reports that 2018 is the year a black hole will be seen for the first time!

God's Handmaiden might be the first one to post a revelation about the event horizon, but I only stumbled upon it today.

I cannot vouch for the character of these brethren except in my spirit I believe they serve the Most High God Yahweh through His Son Jesus Christ. It is up to each of you to seek the Lord about what they or I share.

Sign of the Son of man

Many believe that the Revelation 12:1-2 wonder is the sign of the Son of man; however, I have not found where the Scripture is clear on this. Is it possible that the event horizon these brethren say we will see just before the rapture of the Overcoming Church IS the sign of the Son of man? That the whole world will see it, as Rhonda Empson reported? If so, when Jesus returns to set foot on the Mount of Olives, will this be what is seen by the “tribes of earth” who moan at the sight?

The only verse I found where the sign of the Son of man is mentioned is in Matthew:

And then shall appear (phainō—to appear; be seen; shine) the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see( optanomai—to look at; behold) the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. - Matthew 24:30 KJV

In Matthew Chapter 24 Jesus is describing last days events. The Overcoming Church does not see the fulfillment of the wrath of God but will see troubling events leading up to it. In my understanding, Scripture does not make clear exactly when the harpazo (the Greek word meaning “catching away”) of the Bride occurs only that She is saved from wrath.

So Matthew 24:30 in my mind is speaking of an event at the end of the 7-year Tribulation also known as Jacob's Trouble or the 70th Week of Daniel Chapter 9. I believe this for TWO REASONS:

(1) Matthew 24:30 records that the tribes of the earth SEE the Son of man with their natural eyes. This happens when Jesus comes as KING of kings TO the earth. The harpazo or rapture is an event when the dead and living in Christ meet Jesus IN THE AIR.

(2) The second reason I believe verse 30 is at the end of the Tribulation period is that the following verse 31 refers to the very last part of a Hebrew harvest:

And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. - Matthew 24:31 KJV

The “four winds, from one end of heaven to the other” refers to the four corners of the earth. The corners of a field were always left for the poor to glean from (see  Deuteronomy). Jesus sends his angels to these four corners to gather together the elect—those who believed on the Messiah during the Tribulation. (For a further explanation of this go to jashow.org/articles/who-are-the-elect-referred-to-in-matthew-2431/)

Perry Stone does an excellent job explaining how the end time harvest is compared to the three main crops harvested in Israel in the video 3 PART HARVEST OF SOULS & RAPTURE EXPLAINED IN 15 MIN!

This is why I believe Matthew 24:30 is referring to an event seen by the people left on earth after the rapture of the Church Bride, for the Bride meets the Lord in the air as the FIRST part of the harvest of souls which will occur before the Tribulation begins.

Notice that the tribes mourn after they see the sign of the Son of man but before they see Jesus in the clouds. What is the sign of the Son of man? What are they seeing?

So What Do They SEE?

In the first part of verse 30 it is SEEING the sign of the Son of man FIRST  that causes the tribes to moan. Well, how do they know they are seeing “the sign of the Son of man”?

I submit for your judgment that perhaps the sign of the Son of man IS the event horizon occurrence the above brethren have shared. These brethren believe the event horizon will be sighted by the entire world just before the Bride of Christ meets Jesus in the air at the rapture.

THEREFORE, at Christ’s physical return to earth at the END of the Tribulation the tribes of the earth would KNOW what the sign of the Son of man looks like! So when they see the event horizon happening, they recognize it as the sign of the coming of Jesus Christ, Yahshuah Ha Moshiach, and they MOAN because (a) they missed out on the great escape or rapture, and (b) they know He is coming to ‘clean house’ and make final judgments!

Just as Jesus' first coming was in two parts so His second coming will be in two parts and perhaps the event horizon sign is seen at both parts!

What do YOU think though? Does what I say make any sense or am I misunderstanding something?

Another wonderfully crazy thing I realized is that if the harvesting of souls follows the pattern Perry Stone teaches, the rapture of the Overcoming Church could very well happen on Passover. If the leaked information regarding Jerusalem coming under international control is accurate, we just might go home this Passover!

Jesus's return being two-fold is a new concept to me that you have explained. I had not heard that before. Interesting stuff.
