My dear, dear brothers and sisters in Christ—As I sought
Our Lord and King this morning, I asked Him if He would give an encouraging
word that I could share with you. This is what I believe He said:
Tell them to wait for me in the same way as Nehemiah and his
fellow workers built—one hand working on building the wall while holding a sword in
the other. This is the season My people are in. They must stand watch at the
wall but be ready to engage the enemy at My command. Fear not, dear ones, for I
stand ready with you. The spiritual battle is raging all around you, but I wish
for you to rest in Me knowing all is in My hands and it is not My will that any
should perish.
Continue to watch, but also be at the ready for even a retreating
army does not turn its back on the enemy! The time for My Bride to hear the last
trump nears. She is not retreating but is being called home to rest. But til
then, Beloved, fight on! I know you feel you have but a little strength but
that is when My grace is sufficient and My strength is made greater within you!
Shine, My brilliant ones, SHINE! You are the glory of My head and the joy of My
heart and I too long for that day when we are together.
I couldn’t stop weeping as His love for us poured over and
through me making it difficult to type. May this truly encourage each and every
one of you and cause your love for the brethren to grow even stronger as it has
done for me.
It is my belief that we may have one last short period of time to reach the lost. One final great radiant burst before His Light in us vanishes from the earth. This is not what you want to hear--it is not what I want to hear either for we just want to go be with Him! We serve such a merciful God whose patience is beyond understanding (James 5:7-8).
And he said unto me,
My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.
Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of
Christ may rest upon me. - 2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV
The word “perfect” in the above verse is translated from the
Greek word teleioĊand means “to carry through
completely, to accomplish, finish, bring to an end”. Our sweet Jesus will carry
us through to completion! May we all allow Him to do that perfect work in us so
that when we meet Him face to face we may hear, “Well done!”
Scripture related to above rhema: Nehemiah 4:17; Revelation 3:8; 1
Corinthians 15:52, 2 Corinthians 12:9; Philippians 2:15. AFTER POSTING THE ABOVE, I LISTENED TO A PROPHETIC WORD SENT TO ME BY A FRIEND THAT I BELIEVE IS PERTINENT ESPECIALLY TO THE SAINTS OF AMERICA: Veronika West--Facebook
[Seek him] that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the
shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that
calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the
earth: The LORD [is] his name: - Amos 5:8 KJV
Laughing at the Idea
In my previous
article, I shared how the earth has been preparing for a birth and that I
believe God has called me to be like a doula or midwife and stand alongside the
brethren as we await our deliverance out of the prophetic Egypt of the world
system by way of the Resurrection/Rapture (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17; 1 Corinthians 15:52-55).
The earth’s Braxton-Hicks contractions are seen in the exponential increase in earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and hurricanes. Jacob Israel points out in his September
10, 2018, video that the three
storms that have currently been forming in the Atlantic Ocean paint a prophetic
picture for us. Florence, meaning “to blossom”, Isaac meaning “laughter”, and
Helene meaning “light” could be interpreted as “You will blossom and laugh when
the Light comes”.
Remember the Biblical account of Sarah laughing when she heard that she would bear a son in her old
age? Sarah’s laughter is a foreshadowing of the name of the child who was to
come—Isaac, which means “laughter.” After giving birth to her much-desired son,
Sarah explains her experience with God in a play on words: “God has made
laughter for me; everyone who hears will laugh over me. . . Who would have said
to Abraham that Sarah would nurse children? Yet I have born him a son in his
old age’” (Genesis 21:6-7).
Many laugh at the idea of all these signs pointing to the
birth of the “man child” (the Overcoming Church), but it is going to happen for God has promised it (Revelation 12:5)! (For
more on who is the “man child”, read A
Study of the Man Child and Unsealed’s article Major
Discovery Concerning Revelation 12.)
A woman in labor to give birth endures much; but when the
child is born, when her “blossom” produces fruit, she “laughs” and rejoices! Jesus
Himself spoke of the coming joyous birth of the man child:
Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them,
Do ye enquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not
see me: and again, a little while, and
ye shall see me?
Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the
world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned
into joy.
A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come:
but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the
anguish, for joy that a man is born
into the world.John 16:19-21 KJV
Before the storm named Florence clouded up our Mid-Atlantic skies, I was enjoying looking up at the early morning sky and exalting at the magnificence of the constellation Orion with sparkling Sirius just below him near the horizon. This is YHWH’s reminder that Oarion, The Prince and Light of the World, is coming! Sirius, referred to in ancient times as The Morning Star, reminds us that His Overcomers have been promised The Morning Star!
And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.
BEFORE the man child
mentioned in Revelation 12 is caught up to heaven, however, first comes a
Dragon!
And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the
sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be
delivered.
And there appeared another wonder
in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And
his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven,
and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman
which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was
born. Revelation 12:1-4 KJV
Gary of unsealed.org did a study and found what may be the
heavenly sign of the coming Revelation 12:4 event. Here is an excerpt:
#4 - As someone has
already pointed out, the Draconids meteor shower will be at its peak on October
7th and 8th, one week after Shemini Atzeret, and the shower may be particularly
spectacular this year since the moon will be almost completely dark. The
prophecy states that the dragon's tail will sweep one-third of the stars of
Heaven to the earth. The stars of course represent the fallen angels (Rev. 12:7–9), but I can think of no
better visualization than shooting stars, which look like stars falling to
earth.
#5 - The talk of late has
focused on the Draconids, but as I was studying this I noticed that three other
meteor showers will be happening at the exact same time on October 7th and 8th:
the Aurigids, Orionids, and Sextantids (I wonder how rare that is?)
and all three will be directly along or in the vicinity of the dragon and its
tail. . .
Now
let's back up a few weeks to September 11th and the Feast of Trumpets. At
precisely 2:30 AM local time in Israel on Yom Teruah, Comet 21P will leave the
boundaries of Auriga—appearing to exit this
doorway into Heaven. Why does that matter? Because it just so
happens that Comet 21P is what causes the Draconids that everyone has been
talking about. It's these meteors that many have speculated represent the
stars that the dragon's tail sweeps down.
Side
note: It's
interesting that Comet 21P was named after its discoverer Michel Giacobini,
whom discovered it exactly 43,000 days (inclusive) of this Rosh Hashanah when
it comes out of Auriga. Michel = Michael and Giacobini = an old Italian
variant of Jacob. It's the archangel Michael that
kicks satan out of Heaven and satan's descent signals The Time of Jacob's Trouble. . .
2. On Shemini Atzeret (or maybe one or two
days later, depending on which calendar you use), just one week before the sign
of the dragon, Venus stops...
And
where did Venus stop? Right below Virgo's feet,
not that far from where the story left off on November 13, 2017 when Jupiter
and Venus had their close conjunction (the meeting "in the
air"). For the next approximately 40 days, Venus will appear to
travel in reverse along the ecliptic, back towards Heaven. Could this
represent the male child being caught up?
Thus,
we can see now that all the key players are in place for the completion of the
sign of the dragon. Revelation 12:4 indicates that the
dragon is waiting to devour the child, but after the child's birth in v. 5, the
child escapes to safety—caught up by God into Heaven. The fact that Venus
will be under the feet of Virgo, near and parallel with Serpens (the seven
heads of the dragon) at the same time as four separate meteor showers are
occurring along the path of the dragon, completes the picture. The dragon is set to strike, but instead the child is
caught up and the dragon's stars "fall".
I agree with some of the comments
to Gary's article that he has captured the heavenly sign we have been looking
for that indicates the actual event is coming. The events of Revelation Chapter 12 are both physical AND spiritual.
Just as the September 2017 Sign of the Woman is the heavenly picture of
Revelation 12:1-2 and foretells the coming time of Jacob's Trouble--The
Tribulation, so does the October 7-8, 2018 sign Gary so eloquently describes
foretell the coming casting down of Satan at the time that Planet
X affects earth with its destructive force.
Triumphantly the Scriptures proclaim
that the dragon is thwarted in his attack of the man child and instead the
child is caught up and the dragon's stars “fall”:
And his tail drew the third part of the stars
of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the
woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it
was born.
And she brought forth a man child, who was to
rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her
child was caught up unto God, and [to] his throne. Revelation 12:4-5 KJV
Revelation 12 Sign
Continues
No one to this day can determine the exact hour a child will be born if it is a natural birth. God knows when that life is conceived and when that
life will be born (Isaiah 66:9). So, too, only Father God knows when the
Overcoming Man Child will be born resulting in the manifestation of the
Revelation 12:5 Event.
This is true traditionally of the Hebrew wedding day for #Only
the Father knows when all is ready
and sends his son to fetch the bride—another prophetic picture of the harpazo
of the Bride of Christ. #No
man knows the day and hour is an idiom referring to The Feast of Trumpets
or Rosh Hashanah. Will the Revelation 12:5 harpazo
occur at this year’s Feast of Trumpets?
Scott Clarke is one of many who believe the
Resurrection/Rapture of the Overcoming Church will occur on this feast day, but
not necessarily this year. Along with Sandy
Armstrong of the Soldiers For Christ YT Channel, Scottie presents in his Feast Of Trumpets 2018 | October Surprise
video that October is when The Feast of
Trumpets should be commemorated this year, not September!
The “last trump” is a phrase that also has become associated
with The Feast of Trumpets. In Leviticus 23:24 God called for a festival where
there would be a blowing of trumpets but did not define precisely how it should
be fulfilled. This zikrowntÄruw`ah
was to be a “remembrance memorial” of “sounding an alarm or blast of war or
shout of joy”.
At around the 5:00 minute mark of his Rosh haShanah, Rapture, Yom Kippur,
Tabernacles video, John Fenn explains where the tradition of sounding a
shofar (a trumpet made from a ram’s horn) and not a silver trumpet came from
citing Rabbi Eliezer (Pirke De-Rabbi
Eliezer). When God provided a ram in substitution for Isaac (Genesis 22:13),
the left horn of the ram caught in the thicket is called the “first trump” and
refers to when the shofar was blown at Mount Sinai when God dispersed His Word
to His people. The right horn of that ram is called the “last trump” and has to
do with the resurrection of the dead because Abraham saw Isaac raised from the
dead in a figure (Hebrews 11:19).
Will the Bride of Christ hear the trump to call Her home
this autumn? It is, of course, possible for we are certainly in the season of
the seasonable
moment with the converging of world events surrounding Israel, especially
President Trump’s speech to the United Nations in ten days when he is to introduce
the Mideast peace plan (see The
Two-Part Second Coming of the Messiah regarding how this might be
associated with fulfilling Zephaniah 2:1-3).
My brethren, be encouraged, for just as Revelation 12:5
prophesies, the man child will be
caught up to heaven. This refers to when those “in Christ” will be caught up to
meet the Lord in the air:
For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we
which are alive [and] remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them
which are asleep.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with
a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:Then we which are alive
[and] remain shall be caught up [harpazĊ]
together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we
ever be with the Lord. -1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 KJV
P.S. There are probably many more celestial happenings I am not aware of, but I wanted to draw your attention to these. If you would like to understand more about how the
heavens declare the glory of God, you will find much encouragement as you read E.
W. Bullinger’s book, The
Witness of the Stars.
Many in the Body of Christ were anticipating the 1 Thessalonians 4:16 catching away this past Feast of Trumpets, including me. Thankfully, the watchmen have not stopped searching the Scriptures and further study by the guys at Unsealed revealed that our assumption of a Feast of Trumpets rapture was influenced by rabbinical teachings.
What do I mean?
Well, in a sense, every feast is a feast of trumpets because there is blowing of trumpets at all the seven festivals. If you read Leviticus 23 you will see that God never said that the shofar had to be blown specifically 100 times during Yom Teruah (Feast of Trumpets)—it is a manmade tradition:
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first [day] of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation. - Leviticus 23:23-24 KJV
So that throws out what I was taught that the 100th shofar blast was THEE last trump. Yes, ‘the last trump’ is an idiom that refers to Rosh Hashanah but it is NOT God’s last trumpet or “the trump of God” referred to in 1 Thessalonians 4:16.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: - 1 Thessalonians 4:16 KJV
2017 was the first time Jews collectively celebrated the Jubilee since before Christ.
The Jubilee
Numbers 10:10 describes how chatsotsrah (man-made
trumpets) were blown over all of the offerings and sacrifices made on the moedim, thus in a certain sense every moed is a "Feast of Trumpets". Since
Tabernacles is the last appointment, you could make an argument that it is the
time of the last trumpet. However, the chatsotsrah is not the
trumpet of God and these trumpets are only blown over sacrifices and offerings
- they are not a general call to the people.
Is the trumpet of God ever sounded on a moed? Yes, and in fact it's the appointment that has been
most overlooked as a template for the rapture: the Day of Atonement. According to Leviticus 25:9, the shophar is sounded
"throughout all the land" on the Day of Atonement announcing the Year
of Jubilee. In the Torah
itself only one moed is explicitly identified with the trumpet and it's
Atonement - and only on the Year of Jubilee. Thus at the end of
every Jubilee cycle the shophar is blown throughout all the land announcing the Jubilee year.
. .
. Remember that according to Leviticus 23:27, the Day of
Atonement is not only a moed, but also a miqra - a sacred assembly. God's people are
gathered together. And guess what else is significant about Atonement?
It is the only day of the year when mankind has access to the Holy of
Holies, which is why Yom Kippur is considered the holiest day in Judaism.
. .
. It has long been thought that Christ's visible second coming would occur on
the Day of Atonement, but based on this additional evidence, perhaps the
rapture will occur on that day, as well. As the only day when Heaven is opened, it could be the day
the Church enters Heaven and also the day Christ and the Church return from Heaven. The Day of Atonement might then be a template and
encapsulate the entire Tribulation period - the Day of the LORD. [Highlighting
added.] Putting
the Pieces Together/Unsealed.org
The Overlooked Appointment section of the above Unsealed
article gives a summary of points in favor of a Yom Kippur rapture and also
gives evidence that this weekend’s Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement could mark the
Jubilee!
Bible Prophecy Girl made
a strong point about the Jubilee emphasizing two scriptures:
In the Year of Jubilee the field will revert to the person from whom it was bought, the one whose land it was.
Leviticus 27:24
For we are co-workers in God’s service;
you are God’s field, God’s building. 1 Corinthians 3:9
Feast of Tabernacles
As I
wrote beforehand, every feast includes the blowing of a trumpet. Unsealed
points out that it is uncertain whether Psalm 81:3 pertains to Passover or
Tabernacles:
Blow up the trumpet in the new
moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day. - Psalm 81:3 KJV
If
instead this verse speaks about Tabernacles, then you might be able to argue
that Tabernacles is actually the last trumpet.
Over
the years I have gone back and forth as far as whether the rapture had to be on
an appointed festival or not. Gary of Unsealed states that the rapture does not
have to be on a moed
since Jesus’ ascension was not on one of the moedim. The point is, of
course, we should not turn back like Lot's wife
but stay on our watch!
The Lord is not slack concerning
his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not
willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the
day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens
shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent
heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. - 2
Peter 3:9-10 KJV
Wherefore, beloved, seeing that
ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace,
without spot, and blameless. - 2 Peter 3:14 KJV
Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye
know [these things] before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error
of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. But grow in grace, and [in] the
knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him [be] glory both now and
for ever. Amen. - 2 Peter 3:17-18 KJV
Caveat: I do not necessarily agree
with all the beliefs of anyone whose material I reference. I seek to be led of
the Spirit of God as to the sources I use, however, even Spirit-filled
Christians only 'see in part' as it says in 1 Corinthians 13:12.
The Hope of Glory Here's hoping we are at the finish line. That's the key word isn't it--HOPE. The appearing of our LORD AND KING is our HOPE!
To whom God would make known what [is] the riches of the glory of this
mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: -
Colossians 1:27 KJV
Jesus is Literally 'THE WAY'!
The Resurrection of Y'shua Ha
Moshiach, Jesus our Messiah, is the most important event in history. What He
accomplished proves that RESURRECTION IS AN EVENT HORIZON!
It is very possible that when
Father God, Yahweh, raised Jesus Christ from the dead it created a wormhole… "A wormhole is a theoretical passage
through space-time that could create shortcuts
for long journeys across the universe"… [Excerpt from Event
Horizon--The Resurrection]
Jesus literally is THE WAY to Heaven! His event horizon
formed the wormhole or path for us! This may be what some people report seeing
when traveling to Heaven in dreams or visions! Bob Barber has a wonderful video that is an example
of this called ECLIPSE OF
THE MESSIAH--ESCAPE INTO THE CLOUDS DREAM!
HE Glorifies Us at the Last Trump!
Because of Jesus Christ we will be glorified. And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with [him], that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time [are]
not worthy [to be compared] with the glory which shall be revealed in us.-Romans 8:16-17 KJV When will we be glorified? At the redemption of our bodies:
For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the
manifestation [apokalypsis--revealing] of the sons of God...
Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the
bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth
in pain together until now.
And not only [they], but ourselves also, which have the
firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, [to wit], the redemption of our body. Romans 8:18-23 KJV (in part)
All of creation travails and groans for the manifestation--apokalypsis--of the sons of God which will occur at the "redemption of our body" when the dead and the living in Christ meet Him in the air! In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. - 1 Corinthians 15:52 KJV
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. - 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 KJV So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. - 1 Corinthians 15:54 KJV
Saved by Hope Today I watched Bob Barber's video Nuclear War Dreams and Visions Compilation and wept. You would have thought such a thing would be terrifying, but each message given to the Body of Christ that Bob shared was that as nuclear war begins, we will be raptured. Or as some of the watchmen have said, "When the missiles come down, we go up!" It filled me with hope and longing and I wept for joy at the thought of being with my KING.
For we are saved by
hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet
hope for?
But if we hope for
that we see not, [then] do we with patience wait for [it]. Romans 8:24-25 KJV
Just for Fun My daughter Rachel was visiting us one day and we were talking
about the Blessed Hope and how we will be meeting the Lord in the air. "I'll be like Heimlich," I began to joke referring to the rotund character from A Bug's Life cartoon movie. "...and will struggle to get my chubby body off the ground!" At 60 plus years old I have gotten quite round. My daughter is a natural born comedienne and her ability to "roast" any one in the family was taken in good humor. She chimed right in, of course. "I can see you now, Mom." Then bending her arms so her hands poked out at her shoulders, she flapped them and said in her best German accent, "Look at my beautiful wings!" (To view the clip from the cartoon click here.) We all busted out laughing and then my husband Tom (who is thin as a stringbean) said the sweetest thing--
"I don't think there's a weight limit for going in the Rapture." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ But thanks [be] to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. - 1 Corinthians 15:57-58 KJV
7/12/2018 NOTE: For a better, more up-to-date version of my understanding of end times, please refer to my July 7 post The July 27 Blood Moon is NOT the Sixth Seal. Only the Father Knows Back in July of this year I shared what my understanding was relative to the timing of the catching away of the Church Bride. I have removed that post because as mentioned in my September 27 post, The Trump of God, the assumption of a Feast of Trumpets rapture was influenced by rabbinical teachings. More on that a little later in this post. In the first
couple of decades of my life as a disciple of Yahshua Ha Moshiach, I believed
that Christ could come to meet His Church in the air on any day. As I went on
in my studies, though, I learned about the 7 Feasts of the LORD, Scriptural idioms, and that I was living
in what is referred to as “The Fig Tree Generation”.
This deepened my
understanding so that I now believe the Rapture event will be in my lifetime on a day chosen by our Heavenly Father. Just as in the ancient Hebrew wedding tradition, the Heavenly Bridegroom Jesus will come to snatch away His Bride when His Father decides that all is ready. (For more information on this go to ldolphin.org/TheNuptials and biblestudytools.com.)
Then about two
years ago, it was as though the Spirit of the Lord turned a switch to ‘ON’ inside
me and I KNEW the Rapture was critically close at hand! I dove headfirst into
studying a section of the Bible I had read through only once—the Book of
Revelation—and prayed for understanding and for the Holy Spirit to guide me to reliable
commentaries. I share this not to infer that I know it all but to let you
know that I take this seriously. I was driven by the promise God made in His
Word:
Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto
his servants the prophets. - Amos 3:7 KJV
Here is what I
saw…
2014-15 Blood Moon Tetrad
Already having a
knowledge of the festivals of the Lord years before this event, I knew the
blood moon tetrad was significant.
Many
of us had a deep sense that God was trying to get our attention and sure enough
He did. Before the blood moons, only a very few in the Church were
"looking up" at the heavens - some of this "looking up" was
inspired by Rick Larson's 2007 documentary, The Star of Bethlehem. Yet as the blood moons began
occurring and similar lunar eclipse patterns were found around significant
dates in Jewish history, Christians began to realize God wasn't joking when He
said:
Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from
the night. And let them be for signs, and for appointed
times, and for days and years. - Genesis 1:14
And
There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places,
and fearful events and great signs from heaven. - Luke 21:11
Christians
watching for Jesus' return were now aware of the prophetic significance of the
seven appointed times of the LORD (from Leviticus 23) and also that God was
communicating prophetic events to us through the heavenly luminaries. The
blood moons served their purpose. And don't forget all the crazy things
that actually did happen in September of 2015 around the time
of the final blood moon: a freak sandstorm in Israel, lightning striking Mecca and killing 111, huge earthquakes, Pope Francis at the U.N. and addressing the U.S.
Congress, the 2030 Agenda coming to fruition, the Knife Intifada, and Russia invading Syria. Prophetic events did indeed
happen, which stunned those of us watching, and those events served as a
template of sorts for what is still to come: a rapture like lightning,
world-rending earthquakes, Ezekiel 38, a false prophet, and a covenant with
many. unsealed.org/the day and hour revealed
Scriptural versus Traditional Idioms
I had been taught that there were idioms related to the 1 Thessalonians 4:15-16 catching
away. What I did not realize is that they may have become idioms through tradition and not by way of the Scriptures:
#no man knows the day or
hour—The Feast of
Trumpets or Rosh Hashanah is also known as the feast that no one knows the day or hour; HOWEVER, it is uncertain whether this idiom was formed out of tradition.
Yet
another name for Rosh HaShanah is Yom HaKeseh,
"The Day of the Hiding" or "the Hidden Day." …Satan, the
accuser, is not to be given notice about the arrival of Rosh HaShanah,
the Day of Judgment. ...It is symbolically hidden from satan (satan
did not know and understand the plan of the cross [tree], First
Corinthians 2:7-8). This was hidden from him as well. One of the reasons most often given to
disclaim that the resurrection of the dead and the catching away of the
believers is on Rosh HaShanah is the statement given by Yeshua in
Matthew (Mattityahu) 24:36, as it is written, "But of that day and
hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but My Father only."
Because Rosh HaShanah was understood to be the hidden day,
this statement by Yeshua is actually an idiom for Rosh Hashanah.
Thus it should be given as proof that He was speaking of Rosh HaShanah because Rosh
HaShanah is the only day in the whole year that was referred to as the
hidden day or the day that no man knew. hebroots.com/chap 7
Jesus DID speak this phrase in Matthew 24:36 and it is taught to be an idiom for Rosh Hashanah, but is that what He meant or was He referring to the ancient Hebrew wedding tradition that only the father knows the day when all will be ready for the wedding? (See above section "Only the Father Knows".) Yom
Teruah is the only festival that no man knows when exactly it will occur. This
is due to the fact that it begins on the new moon. The new moon was sanctified
when two witnesses see the new moon and attest to it before the Sanhedrin in
the Temple.
This sanctification could happen during either of two days, depending on when
the witnesses come. Since no one knew when the witnesses would come, no one
knew when the Feast of Trumpets would start.
. . . Yom Teruah is always celebrated for two days. These two days
are celebrated as though it is just one long day of forty-eight hours. The
reason that it is celebrated for two days is because if they waited to start
the celebration until after the new moon had been sanctified, they would have
missed half the celebration because the new moon can only be sanctified during
daylight hours. The command seems to be that we know the season, but not the
day or the hour (Matthew
24:32-36). unsealed.org/rapture on rosh hashanah
So the
catching away or Rapture may or may not occur on Rosh HaShanah. Almost all the other names associated with the Feast of Trumpets points to this possibility (see the section "Rosh HaShanah: Names, Themes and Idioms" at The Seven Festivals of the Messiah). Some additional points from unsealed.org:
Some
Christians argue that Jesus Himself still doesn't know. I think that line
of thinking is patently unbiblical. Jesus had humbled Himself into the
body of a man, with all its earthly limitations. Yet He was later raised
from the dead, glorified, seated at the right hand of God, and restored to
omnipresence (Ephesians
4:10).
He revealed new prophetic knowledge later in the New Testament that was
not yet known at the time He spoke the oft-repeated "no one knows"
saying in the Olivet Discourse. For example, He revealed the
"mystery" of the rapture to the Apostle Paul (1 Corinthians 15:51-52, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17). He also revealed
the entire vision of Revelation to the Apostle John (Revelation 1:1). New knowledge. Daniel 12:4 supports this
proposition:
But you, Daniel, shut up
the words and seal the book, until
the time of the end. Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge
shall increase.
For an unspecified time, certain prophetic knowledge was "shut up" or
"sealed". Yet that sealed knowledge will be unsealed at the
time of the end. I believe the biblically-given time of unsealing was
when the Revelation of Jesus Christ was given to the Apostle John per Revelation 22:10:
And he said to me, "Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of
this book, for the time is near."
#the last trump—1 Corinthians Chapter 15’s
‘last trump’ has a dual meaning.
In a moment, in the
twinkling of an eye, at the last trump:
for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we
shall be changed. - 1 Corinthians 15:52 KJV
It became a tradition for the shofar to be sounded 100 times during The Feast of Trumpets:
A distinguishing
feature of the celebration is the last, climactic blast, the Teki'at
Shofar. This is not the usual series of short bursts, signalling
alarm or bad news. Rather, it is a long blast, signalling victory or good news.
It is this last blast that is referred to as the last trump. khouse.org
This is how the idiom "The Last Trump" became associated with Rosh Hashanah. It is a man-made idiom that is NOT based on Scripture. All God said about this feast is found in Leviticus 23: Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first [day] of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation. Ye shall do no servile work [therein]: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD. - Leviticus 23:24-25 KJV HOWEVER, "the last trump" also
can refer to a military signal:
For one thing,
it’s interesting that Paul refers to the last trump in 1 Corinthians 15 and in
the immediately preceding chapter, 1 Corinthians 14, he refers to the blowing
of a trumpet and there he’s referring to a military trumpet. In light of that,
it would appear that he has military trumpets in mind when he’s writing 1
Corinthians 15. So it could very well be that when he refers to the last trump
which will be blown at the Rapture, he has a military trumpet in mind. What’s
the significance of that?
When you study
the Roman army and some of the Greek armies and even the Jewish army back in
Bible times, when they went into war, they had a “last trump” that would be
blown that would tell the fighting men, “Your time of fighting is over. It is
time for you to go home and rest.” A “last trump” ended their time in the
warfare.
By analogy,
the Scriptures teach that Christians today are involved in a spiritual war
while they live out their lives in this present age in this present world. When
the Rapture takes place and the trumpet is blown at that time, that will be a
signal to them that their part in the warfare is over; their fighting in this
present age is done in this spiritual war. It is time for them to go home to be
with the Lord and rest together with Him in Heaven. jashow.org
#like a thief in the night—This also became a reference to Rosh Hashanah.

Jesus warns the
church to watch for Him or He will come as a thief:
Remember therefore how thou hast received
and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will
come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon
thee. - Revelation 3:3 KJV
In contrast to
this, those who seek the Lord and do watch, will know
the nearness of the Rapture:
But you, brethren, are not in darkness,
that the day would overtake you like a thief; for you are all sons of light and
sons of day. We are not of night nor of darkness; so then let us not sleep as
others do, but let us be alert and sober. 1 Thessalonians 5:4-6 NASB
The Sign of the Woman and Stellarium
…Many shall run to and fro, and knowledge
shall be increased. - Daniel 12:4b KJV
Using a software program called Stellarium, it is
possible to visualize the wonder described in Revelation 12:1-2 that occurred September 23, 2017.
I've been sharing this thought with readers: I find it fascinating
that the blood moon tetrad made national and international headlines in 2014
and 2015 (as did Y2K and the Mayan nonsense in 2012). Books were written
and some of the biggest names in Bible prophecy talked it up to no end.
Multiple times headlines appeared on the first page of Drudge and so
forth. Yet here is a sign that is described in explicit detail in the
Bible, called "great", and possibly even connected directly to the
rapture per Revelation
12:5, and
there is silence. The world and the Church are asleep. unsealed.org
For those who have been watching for the Rapture or 'catching away' by the Lord of His Church Bride, this was exciting news! Many in the watchmen community believed the September 23, 2017, celestial alignment was occurring on a feast day--The Feast of Trumpets--the festival most likely associated with the Rapture. What we did not know, or had forgotten, was that since the time of Christ the Jews have not strictly followed the Biblical calendar as set forth by God Almighty; therefore, we do not know with certainty when the feasts of the Lord begin or whether we are in a Jubilee year yet or not. Endtimepilgrim.org addresses the question: Can the Biblical Calendar be Restored?
One of the most fascinating symbols of Israel is “the travailing
woman” that is contained in the vision of the Apostle John recorded in the Book
of the Revelation Chapter 12: And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with
the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve
stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained
to be delivered. - Revelation 12:1-2
Throughout Scripture the
prophecy of the travailing woman representing Israel is seen. These are just a sample:
Ask
ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every
man with his hands on his loins, as a
woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness? Alas! for that
day [is] great, so that none [is] like it: it [is] even the time of Jacob's
trouble; but he shall be saved out of it. - Jeremiah 30:6-7 KJV But
thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, [though] thou be little among the thousands of Judah,
[yet] out of thee shall he come forth unto me [that is] to be ruler in Israel;
whose goings forth [have been] from of old, from everlasting. Therefore will he
give them up, until the time [that] she
which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall
return unto the children of Israel. - Micah 5:2-3 KJV
These particular
verses are referring to a time of travail for the nation of Israel that is
future. It is my belief, along with many others, that this time of ‘Jacob’s
trouble’ is nearly upon us!
For yourselves know perfectly that the day
of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
For when they shall say, Peace and safety;
then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as
travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye,
brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord
Jesus Christ, - 1 Thessalonians 5:2-4, 9 KJV
For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For
when they shall say, Peace and safety;
then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and
they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day
should overtake you as a thief. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to
obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, - 1 Thessalonians 5:2-4, 9 KJV
As the day of His appearing draws nearer, more is being revealed to those who are keeping watch. It appears that we are seeing the false labor pains as evidenced by world events. This will lead to true labor which, once it commences, cannot be stopped! Grace [be] to you and peace from God the Father, and [from] our Lord Jesus Christ, Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver [exaireĊ--pluck out; rescue] us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: - Galatians 13-:4 KJV And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, [even] Jesus, which delivered [rhyomai--rescued] us from the wrath to come. - 1 Thessalonians 1:10 KJV
Caveat: I do not necessarily agree
with all the beliefs of anyone whose material I reference. I seek to be led of
the Spirit of God as to the sources I use, however, even Spirit-filled
Christians only 'see in part' as it says in 1 Corinthians 13:12.
