This morning the Lord gave me what I believe was a prophetic
dream, but I am posting it for my Brethren to discern for themselves:
As I dreamt, I knew the Lord Jesus was showing me something pertaining
to those who identify as part of the Church but are Christians in Name Only
(CINO). It began with me speaking to a young woman in what looked like a dimly
lit hallway in a hotel.
“Your wedding is to take place soon!” I warned. “You should
be getting ready!” I had a knowing that this woman was known to procrastinate
and that I was in a position in her life to urge her into action.
In the next scene of the dream the Bride to Be was at my
side as I took what seemed to be an important yet clandestine phone call. What
was odd was that the phone was designed in the form of a smoker’s tortoise
shell pipe.
I recognized the caller’s voice belonging to a disciple whose name was Sissy. Sissy was conveying information regarding the wedding. At first I could hear her clearly, but her voice grew faint as though we had a poor connection.
In the next scene the Bride appeared to me in the hallway
and said, “I’m ready! And I even did my makeup myself.”
She had dressed herself in what looked like a gown made of a
beige-colored (more like tan or light brown) linen. It appeared to be of a high
fashion design, but it was not the traditional white. Her makeup was beige also
causing her to look bland and colorless. [End of dream]
Later I sat with my husband as we sipped coffee and I told
him of the dream. At first he was not certain it was from God, but as we talked
and I shared with him what came to me, he changed his mind. “That does make
sense,” he admitted.
The Lord Jesus was giving me a picture of the modern day Laodicean
church who either is not very concerned about the upcoming Heavenly Wedding or
thinks she is ready for the coming of the Lord but is not yet born again. Her
linen gown is not clean and white, which represents righteousness that is only
obtained by proclaiming Christ as her Lord and believing God raised Him from
the dead (Revelation 19:8; Philippians 3:9; Romans 10:9-10).
Her bland makeup that she applied herself refers to doing
works that are not led of the Holy Spirit but are works of the flesh.
And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write;
These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of
the creation of God; - Revelation 3:14 KJV
I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I
would thou wert cold or hot. - Revelation 3:15 KJV
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor
hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. - Revelation 3:16 KJV
The conversation with Sissy over the strange pipe phone caused
me to think of the smoke pipes give off causing our view to be obscured and how
it relates to 1 Corinthians 13:12 where our understanding is dim like the hotel
hallways and we only know in part. Sissy represents the Brethren sharing what
the Spirit of the Lord is revealing about events leading up to our coming
Heavenly Wedding Day.
The blah dirt-like color of the Bride is, of course, what
clued me in that I was seeing the lukewarm Laodicean church which represents
the so-called church today who thinks she's ready but isn't because MOST of
today’s churchgoers are NOT BORN AGAIN!
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter
into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in
heaven. - Matthew 7:21 KJV
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not
prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name
done many wonderful works? - Matthew 7:22 KJV
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you:
depart from me, ye that work iniquity. - Matthew 7:23 KJV
Notice Jesus says here, “I never knew[ginōskō—to
know intimately as in sexual intercourse] you”. It is the same word used
in Matthew 1:25:
Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost. Then Joseph her husband, being a just [man], and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.
But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel
of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David,
fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is
of the Holy Ghost. - Matthew 1:18-20 KJV
Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of
the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: And knew[ginōskō]
her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called
his name JESUS. - Matthew 1:24-25 KJV
In other words, Jesus is saying in Matthew 7:23 He never had
an intimate relationship with that person which is only possible by confessing
from your heart your desire to follow Him as the Lord in your life. (Related

Also the designer gown the Beige Bride wore reminds me of
this verse where Jesus says to the Laodiceans:
Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods,
and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and
miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: - Revelation 3:17 KJV
How can she identify as being the Bride of Christ if she is
not sealed with the Spirit of Christ? She cannot. (Related: Who

This is why God has also revealed the coming Great Shaking
(related: Is
there REALLY a RAPTURE?).
It is His desire that ALL be saved:
Who will have[intends,
is resolved or determined, desires] all men to be saved, and to come unto
the knowledge of the truth. - 1 Timothy 2:4 KJV

These are all things most of my readers already know, so why
would the Lord Jesus give me this dream?

trumpet sound triggering tornado sirens in Camp Washington. This is a
neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio, but it seems to me to be a wakeup call to ALL
Americans whose nation’s first President was George Washington.
In addition, there are men of God on YouTube posting their
experiences with sirens and warning visions. Marcus Rogers pulls together a
number of prophetic voices warning America and the church of what is coming in

Am I Truly Saved?
Marcus Rogers is a Spirit-filled Brother in Christ but does not
believe salvation is by sola fide or “faith alone” as Ephesians 2:8
instructs but that it must be accompanied by good works. It is because we are
saved that we should desire to do good works (Ephesians 2:10), but our
salvation is not dependent upon our actions once we’re sealed with the
Holy Spirit.
Works were never the
basis for salvation in a previous dispensation nor will they be the
basis in the future. This is a major point I want to raise. You can
argue both ways until you are blue in the face, but sola fide is
a central theme found in Genesis all the way through Revelation. From Abraham
whose faith was counted as righteousness, to David who broke the Law and did
not pay its due penalty (death)—the multiple death-deserving lawbreaker whom
God established an everlasting covenant with!; from righteous Abel who brought
an acceptable blood sacrifice, to the High Priest Joshua whom God clothed in
His own righteousness in Zechariah 3; and from the prostitute Rahab and the
Gentile Namaan to the Prophet Habakkuk whose declaration "the just shall
live by his faith" formed the very basis of Paul's
explanation of salvation through faith alone in Romans. unsealed.org
If you are unsure whether you are part of the Laodicean
church or the True Church and Bride of Christ, it is very simple.
Salvation is simple:
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou
shalt be saved. - Romans 10:9 KJV
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and
with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. - Romans 10:10 KJV
Simply say FROM YOUR HEART to Jesus Christ that you want to
live your life for Him, believe IN YOUR HEART God raised him from the dead, and
you will absolutely be saved and receive eternal life!
Then be prepared to meet Your Bridegroom in the air very
soon!

Such and interesting dream, Lyn. All of it speaks to me of a Bride who lackadaisically thinks she can come to the wedding on her own terms: an unconventional dress color, doing her own makeup, hazy hallway, smoky atmosphere. A lack of urgency (the pipe, usually associated with taking a break, certainly not with action/industry). A lack of understanding of her Groom and her relationship to Him. Many who think they are Christian I'm sure don't really believe or rather don't believe God means what He says: "would God really?" We live in a performance based culture where SELF effort and success is exalted. At the same time believers can become complacent and not think works (doing His things His way) matter, calling into question the genuine nature of their faith. I for one am glad God's standards are a heart issue, not the amount or even success of our "works." There is that fine line between salvation is by faith alone, but works should follow, and if they don't, is there genuine salvation at all? It's enough to shake the most sensitive of Saints.
Regardless, there is no question God is calling the end times Church, and especially the ignorant and blind fence sitters, to wake up. I am continually amazed at the lack of interest in current events that point so dramatically to the season we are in. I attend a church, the denomination of which is known for teaching through the Word (the reason I chose it after we moved), and I want that (preferring exegetical to topical preaching), BUT they don't deviate, by that I mean they don't address or correlate world events, conditions/moral state, to prophecy--JD Farag being the exception. There is an emphasis on salvation, but not an emphasis on being aware of the times we are in. Frustrating. Thank you, like so many others here, for being among those sounding the alarm!
