Escaping the Red Dragon

No one follower of Jesus Christ has the full understanding of end times. That is why I add that caveat at the end of all my articles (see below). Like my fellow vigilant watchers, I am studying the Scriptures and researching what the brethren are learning and discerning. My heart is to seek His Truth humbly deferring my beliefs as I grow in Him. I just wanted to put that out there right in front before sharing some of the things I have heard recently.

Trump in Middle East

Those of you who follow world events know that our President has been visiting the Middle East this month. I thought it very interesting that his itinerary includes going to a Muslim nation, then to Israel, and then to the Vatican—nations representing the three major religions (3 Snakes and 7 Mountains). President Trump’s main reason for this trip is to bring ‘peace and safety’ through an agreement.

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. - 1 Thessalonians 5:3 KJV

Today for the first time I came upon the Youtube channel firecharger. This brother in Christ talks about the converging events in his video This is EXACTLY how the Bible says it would look before THE END 2017.

I am not at all certain whether the peace agreement President Trump is seeking between the Palestinians and Israel is the fulfillment of Daniel 9:27, but it may be a preliminary agreement prior to the actual “covenant”.

We are soon entering the time of travail of the “woman with child” that 1 Thessalonians 5:3 refers to as seen by the Revelation 12 sign of the woman that is currently apparent in the night skies with Jupiter in retrograde within Virgo (see The Four Heavenly Signs of 2017).

Daniel Valles of Informed Christians believes that the “sudden destruction” of 1 Thessalonians 5:3 will occur BEFORE the delivery of the man-child. At about the 7 minute mark of his video The Sides of the North he explains that Revelation 12:4—“his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth”—occurs prior to 12:5—“And she brought forth a man child”.

And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and [to] his throne. Revelation 12:3-5 KJV

Escape!

I do not know what the Body of Christ will experience before She is caught away but I know that WE DO ESCAPE WRATH (see The Time of Great Trouble).

1 Thessalonians 5:3 also says “They” shall not escape, but “We” will escape!

Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. - Luke 21:36 KJV

Those who made Christ Lord (Romans 10:9) after the Holy Spirit came on Pentecost (Acts 2) are worthy to escape all these things not of our own worthiness but because it is Christ in us who is worthy!

To whom God would make known what [is] the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: - Colossians 1:27 KJV

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. - Romans 8:11 KJV

When quoting 1 Thessalonians 5:3 it is important to look at the surrounding verses for they prove that God’s people, those born again of His Holy Spirit, will know of their soon escape from planet Earth:

But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness…

For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, - 1 Thessalonians 5:1-5; 9 KJV

IF we are the “man child” that is “caught up unto God and his throne” on September 23, 2017, as Revelation 12 indicates and IF the “sudden destruction” starts before that date, then the Church Bride may not escape calamity, BUT She is promised to escape wrath as is shown in verse 9 above! When ‘wrath’ begins, I am not sure. I am hoping that Isaiah 66:7 refers to the Rapture of the Church Bride:

Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child. - Isaiah 66:7 KJV

Travail=Tribulation

If Isaiah 66:7 does refer to our Rapture then we are destined to be caught up before sudden destruction begins because travail equals tribulation. Paul wrote that the day of the Lord will catch people unaware similar to how labor pains catch a pregnant woman off-guard BUT THAT WE WILL NOT be caught off-guard as to the timing of the day of the Lord!

But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. 1 Thessalonians 5:4

It makes sense that chaos would ensue once the light and salt of the world is taken away for then there will be nothing to hold back evil and darkness. The Church Bride might see Israel going through some Braxton-Hicks (mild contractions that occur before actual labor begins) but it is my hope that we will not be here for the actual travail.

Look Up!

Like Daniel Valles and many others, my journey to understand the Second Coming of Christ has mirrored the journey the wise men made at the First Coming or Birth of Christ. Daniel outlines the journey in his latest video We Were Fore Warned and reminds us that we are coming up to the two-year mark that parallels the wise men’s journey since siting the Bethlehem star! He believes we should be looking up now—not four months from now!

But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end [is] not by and by. Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:
And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. - Luke 21:9-11 KJV

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. - Luke 21:28 KJV

Caveat: I do not necessarily agree with all the beliefs of anyone whose material I reference. I seek to be led of the Spirit of God as to the sources I use, however, even Spirit-filled Christians only 'see in part' as it says in 1 Corinthians 13:12.
